work?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6535cc4 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" for these measurements\u2014we can measure the oxygen content directly from the container, whether it&#8217;s a can or a bottle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Go ahead and poke holes, but don&#8217;t do it randomly!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new piercer is specifically designed so that, during measurement, it is not contaminated by external gases (air) that could significantly affect the reading.<\/p>\n<p>The whole thing works thanks to a sealing gasket that rests against the surface to be drilled; hidden beneath the gasket is a punch shaped like a slice of salami to facilitate penetration.<\/p>\n<p>Before drilling, the gasket must be secured in place, and the entire system must be flushed with CO\u2082 or, even better, with Nitrogen 5.0 to make the entire circuit anoxic.<\/p>\n<p>Next, we drill a hole and insert the tube (needle) through which the beer will flow until it reaches the measurement cell, which is connected to our oximeter and will provide us with a precise reading of the oxygen level in the flow.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f25f905 elementor-widget
